How to qualify
As an applicant, you must have:
- A household gross income of three times the monthly rent
- A favorable credit history
- No open bankruptcies
- No previous evictions or unpaid rent
- No felony convictions within the last six years
Documents to apply
You'll need to provide:
- Valid government-issued photo identification
- Social Security number or card
- Proof of income
Deposit and move-in charges
We'll need:
- An application fee
- A security deposit of at least 1 month’s rent
- Pro-rated rent, depending on when your lease starts
